Grand Tasting

Come sample gourmet food from our three celebrity chefs while enjoying wines from over 40 vineyards. An afternoon and evening of tasting, open to trade professionals and the public. Each vineyard will have their own table set up for our guests to sample their immaculate wines from up and down the West Coast. There will also be tables with wine-related accessories as well as a few gourmet foods such as artisanal cheese, Pata Negra, and Vero chocolates to complement our chef's innovative creations. We promise a night not to be missed.

Private Luncheon

An exclusive opportunity for our corporate sponsors, private clients and investors to spend one-on-one time with our vineyard partners and celebrity chefs. Our celebrity chefs will give a demonstration of their techniques while explaining how they pair food with wine.

Gala Dinner

Date: Saturday 24th April

Time: 7:00 - 11:00pm

Venue: Salons 1 - 6, JW Marriott, 88 Queensway, Admiralty

This exclusive event is organized with a charitable element. We will be hosting a rare wine and wine experience (i.e. personalized vineyard tours) auction. All proceeds from the auction will go towards the HKCF as well as a portion of the ticket sales/corporate sponsorships. Attendees will be our corporate sponsors, partners, private clients, VIP.s, vineyard partners and investors. Our celebrity chefs will present two dishes each for this six-course gastronomic experience and you will sit with a winemaker/vineyard owner who will match their individual wines as well as the other participating vineyard.s wines to the meal. We are planning to have a pre-tasting with our top clients as well as local wine aficionados who are interested in sampling our vineyard's library collections from 6:30 - 7:30pm. 7:00 - 7:30pm is the champagne cocktail reception featuring a surprise rare champagne (you'll just have to come to find out which one). Guests will move into the ballroom and be seated for dinner at around 7:30 where a feast of food and wine awaits.
